Dijana Hadziselimovic
Dijana is a Technical Services Lab Specialist. She currently conducts laboratory evaluations to recommend cleaning procedures for Customers (PACE evaluation). Dijana has a B.A. in Chemistry. Dijana has over 15 years of laboratory experience in testing and methods development.

Susan Heil
Susan is the Technical Services Administrator and is responsible for the management of confidential disclosure agreements and technical literature. She coordinates seminars, training programs and provides support for consumable products and markets. Susan has over 20 years of professional office experience and a B.S. in Family Economics and Management.

Paul Lopolito
Paul is a Senior Technical Services Manager. He specializes in process and critical environment cleaning. Paul's background includes product development, manufacturing and validation within cGMP/ISO regulated facilities, particularly in the biopharm and biomedical device industry. He has a B.A. in Biological Sciences.

Brook Meadows
Brook is a Senior Technical Services Associate who is responsible for development of analytical methods for the PRC and CE products and for additional data development. Brook has a B.S. in Chemistry.

Aaron Mertens
Aaron is a Senior Technical Services Manager. He specializes in sterilization processes, sterility assurance, cleaning and disinfection, and microbial control in cleanrooms. Aaron has over 15 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a microbiologist with responsibilities covering aseptic processing, sterilization processes, conducting audits and equipment commissioning. Aaron holds a B.S. in Genetics.

Jim Polarine
Jim is a Senior Technical Service Manager. He specializes in cleaning, disinfection, microbial control, excursion investigations and cleanroom issues. Jim has extensive experience in microbial control in cleanrooms and currently serves on the PDA task force on Microbial Deviations. He has a B.S. and a M.A. in Biology.

Richard Chai
Richard is a Technical Services Manager based in Singapore. He supports cleaning chemistries, disinfectants and sterility assurance products and their application and validation. Richard’s expertise and extensive experience include managing biopharmaceutical manufacturing, process and cleaning validation, aseptic processing and sterility assurance. Richard has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Walid El Azab
Walid is a Senior Technical Service Manager based in Brussels. He supports cleaning chemistries, disinfectants and sterility assurance products and their application and validation. Walid’s experience and expertise include managing biopharmaceutical manufacturing, process validation and quality and regulatory compliance as a Qualified Person (QP). Walid has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Pharmaceutical Sciences and is a certified Green Belt.

Guy Houser
Guy is a Senior Technical Service Associate. He currently conducts laboratory evaluations to recommend cleaning procedures for Customers (PACE evaluation). Guy recently graduated from the University of Missouri- Columbia with a B.S. in Chemistry.

Si Myra Tyson
Si Myra is a Senior Technical Service Associate. She currently conducts laboratory evaluations to recommend cleaning procedures for customers (PACE evaluation). Si Myra has a B.S. in Chemistry and a M.S. in Environmental Management. Si Myra has over 5 years of laboratory experience working in quality control.

George Verghese
George is Vice President of Global Technical Services and manages the Technical Services Group. George has extensive experience in cleaning process scale-up, application engineering and cleaning validation. He has a B.S. and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering.
